Fulfillment Policy


Refunds

For any upcoming treatments, patients may request a refund of their down payment within 48 hours of making the deposit. Refund requests made after 48 hours, but more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, may be subject to approval based on the circumstance. Please note that we do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered or for missed appointments without prior notice.


Deliveries

When applicable, we utilize a third-party service to ship our products. Upon request, we may be able to provide a tracking number and estimated delivery date, if available. Typically, we fulfill orders on the same day they are received, with shipments dispatched the following day.


Returns

We do not accept returns of any opened products or medications. However, we will issue a full refund for items that have not been opened, or replace any items that were damaged in transit.


Cancellations

Patients may call or text at any time to reschedule or cancel their appointment at no additional cost, up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation occurs within or after 48 hours of the appointment, a late cancellation fee of $175 will be applied, or the 20% deposit may be forfeited. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy for patients facing extenuating circumstances.


Open Payments Transparency

The Open Payments database is a federal tool used to search payments made by drug and device companies to physicians and teaching hospitals. It can be found at https://openpaymentsdata.cms.gov. You will be able to see if we receive any payments that meet the criteria above.
